Lora Lula Photos derives its name from the fond nickname of my childhood. As a photographer and a jazz vocalist, my journey into photography stemmed from the necessity of promotional imagery for my performances. Faced with the challenge of affording professional photographs, I initially relied on my mother's camera, often used for her art, to capture moments for my own promotion. This ignited my curiosity and sparked the idea to learn photography, aspiring to make high-quality portraits and headshots more accessible to fellow musicians. That's where my passion began.

Specializing in musician photography, I take immense joy in providing headshots and capturing live performances. However, my love for photography extends beyond musicians. I find immense fulfillment in photographing graduations, engagements, senior portraits, and an array of other special moments and milestones. What truly captivates me in photography is the ability to freeze emotions and movement, encapsulating the essence of my subjects in a way that mirrors how they perceive themselves.
